Honoka is still struggling to make a name for herself in the Desert borderlands as a Dune Runner. Suddenly she meets up with, Lidell, a senior in the profession that she respects. Honoka soon discovers that Lidell has a deep scar that haunts her past. On top of that, Honoka confronts a deadly soldier virus that has survived from the Great War for generations. In such a hopeless situation will she be able to live up to the level of her predecessors?
