Misaki begins to seriously question the structure of his relationship with Usami, but a high-class date with Usami makes it come to life. During their date, they are interrupted by a rude loudmouth. Misaki must either decide to go with his brother and leave Usami or go with his feelings and trust Usami. In the next Junjou Egoist story, Hiro goes to the extreme to nurse his lover, Nowaki, back to health...unaware that Nowaki was never really sick to begin with!
