Leviathan Wins in Action Comics #1011

 

Highlights This Week: Brian Michael Bendis’ Leviathan Event, which is part of DC’s Year of the Villain, has been going on for a few issues now and comes to head in this week’s Action Comics #1011! Entitled “Leviathan Wins”, this issue is just the beginning of the next chapter in what was originally referred to as a “DC Comics Mystery” that has seen the destruction of Lois’ father, Sam Lane, as well as organizations like Spyral and Checkmate! This then leads into next week’s Superman: Leviathan Rising Special #1, which will also introduce the new Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen titles coming in July and then continues throughout this summer in the Event Leviathan six-issue mini-series by Bendis and artist Alex Maleev!
