Change to Shipping & Handling Charges

You will notice this month a new schedule for shipping charges. Though we are always reluctant to ask our customers to pay more, we simply can't assimilate the increased charges that have been passed on to us in the past couple of years. All of the shipping companies have raised their rates substantially, and added fuel surcharges as well.

We have done an analysis of the shipping and handling fees of many other companies so we know that our new postage charges are competitive.

As always, we welcome your comments, and we thank you for your understanding and support. Our goal is to continue to provide you with the best service possible.

All orders shipping to a United States address (excluding APO/FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii and all US protectorates) are assesed a shipping and handling charge based on the following chart. Most of the orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. We occasionally may use other carriers on a case by case basis. If you prefer a specific carrier other than FedEx, we will try to accommodate your request, but additional charges may result. All packages are traceable. Customers requesting twice-a-month shipping for orders under $100 are assessed an additional $4.50 processing fee. Those customers who live outside the contiguous United States pay a different shipping rate (refer to the following charts).

Oversized items (e.g. posters and lithographs) may include a built-in charge for separate shipping.

Occasionally very small shipments (approximately 5 or less comic books) may be sent USPS 4th class mail.

If you live in Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or at an APO or FPO address, your package will be delivered to you via 1st Class U.S. Mail, unless you can provide us with an address within the continental United States.
