What Product is Listed
WoW #295 Product describes items scheduled to ship from Westfield beginning in February 2007. Some items may be delayed by publishers after this order form is printed and may not ship for up to 90 days after the scheduled ship date before orders are cancelled by our distributors. Westfield is not liable for publisher delays. By returning this order form with payment, you agree to accept delivery of all items ordered, even if delayed by the publisher. Further cancellation terms are stated in the All orders are sold on a non-returnable, non-cancelable basis except where noted in the How to Place an Order
With the Velociti4 system, just select a section on the left side of the screen. This will load the titles, descriptions and illustrations (because of the size, and depending on the speed of your connection, this may take a moment). Once a section has loaded you can browse the items offered, and enter the quantity you want in the boxes provided. You can change the quantities later via the review order screen. There will be a running total displayed on the menu at the left. When you have finished ordering, just click on the Send order button
We will also send a new catalog each month.
If your order arrives too late for us to accept, we will notify you immediately and return your payment. However, we will continue to accept orders as long as possible each month, so please return your order form even if youve missed the deadline by a day or two.
Shipping
Most of the orders within the continental United States are shipped via FedEx Ground. We occasionally may use other carriers on a case by case basis. If you prefer a specific carrier other than FedEx, we will try to accommodate your request, but additional charges may result. If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, at an APO or FPO address or at another U.S Protectorate, your order will be shipped directly to you via 1st Class (insured) U.S. Mail.
Condition of Books & Packing
Westfield strives for the best condition possible on all the items we carry. However, on occasion, some items are sent to us in less than perfect condition. Often we are unable to exchange these for better copies. In most cases, any such damage is minimal. We will occasionally credit items that we cannot obtain in collectible condition. Your comics and other materials will arrive in new, unopened condition. All orders are carefully packed in plastic bags and shipped in specially designed boxes.
Damages & Returns
Only damaged or mis-shipped material is returnable. On very rare occasions a shipment is damaged. If you are present when an obviously damaged box arrives, do not accept the shipment. The box will be returned to us and we will contact you immediately regarding a replacement order. If you discover damaged items in your order after you accept it, contact us immediately regarding a Return Authorization. We will credit you for the shipping charges necessary for you to return the damaged item, but ONLY with a prior Return Authorization. Do not return anything without prior authorization - if you do, it will be sent back to you. If you receive any mis-shipped material or if you do not receive something that is listed on the Items Sent list included with your shipment, contact us immediately.
When You Can Expect Your Order
We begin our monthly shipping cycle during the first week of the month. Your shipment should reach you within 10 business days after the date of pick-up (delivery via 1st Class U.S. Mail may take longer for overseas addresses). If it has not arrived within this time period, a problem may have occurred and you should contact us immediately.
