What is an account number and why do I need one?

You do not need a Westfield account number to browse our online catalog, but if you do place an order, we need your name, shipping address and payment information. Once you give us this information we assign an account number to you that you can use for placing all subsequent orders. Logging into the Westfield system each time you access our site will let us retrieve your address information along with any credits or debits that may pertain to your account.

What are Bonus Discounts?

Westfield offers standard discounts of 10-40% off the retail price of all comics. You can earn additional discounts by purchasing more. The following chart lists the discount plateaus and the subtotal needed to reach each one. Bonus Discounts are automatically figured into your Grand Total as you fill out your order.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately because of the large number of items that we carry we are not able to accept phone orders. We do have many other ways of ordering, mail our paper form, fax the paper form, online via the Web or Westfield Online. We strive to make all these methods easy to use.

How do I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card?

We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars. Shopping at Westfield is safe. We use a secure server for you to transmit your personal and credit card information to us. If you are hesitant to send payment information over the Internet, just telephone us with the appropriate information that we'll keep on file, and you won't need to transmit the specifics through our web site.

Due to ongoing problems, we're unable to accept credit card payments from our customers in Indonesia, but we can accept International Money orders. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most of the items listed on our monthly forms are offered in advance of their publication. All items are scheduled to be sent to you in the month that relates to the order form they were listed on unless otherwise indicated. For example, items listed on our FEB03 form are expected to ship to you in February 2003. Normal delivery time is 3-5 days. Items that arrive earlier than expected will be sent out in the next shipping cycle. Unfortunately there are often products that ship much later than the publishers indicate; these items are then sent in the first shipping cycle that occurs after the items are received.

When will the back issues I ordered ship to me?

Back issue orders should be sent during the next month's regular shipping. These orders are processed at the end of the month, just prior to our monthly mailing and all orders received to that point should be sent. This generally translates to 4 to 6 weeks.

How is my order shipped?

Most of the boxes we send are shipped via Airborne Express which delivers your box to your local Post Office. Your regular USPS carrier transports it the rest of the way. Large orders are sent via FedEx Ground.

How much do you charge for shipping?

All orders shipping to a United States address (excluding APO/FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii and all US protectorates) are charged an a Shipping & Handling fee based on the size of the order being placed. Refer to the chart on the shipping page to determine the shipping amount for your order (refer to the shipping page). The majority of your orders are shipped by Airborne Express. Airborne quickly delivers your packages to your local US Post Office branch and your local postal carrier delivers it to your door. Larger orders are shipped via Federal Express/RPS or UPS. All packages are traceable. Customers requesting twice-a-month shipping for orders under $100 are assessed an additional $4.50 processing fee. Those customers who live outside the contiguous United States pay a different shipping rate (refer to the shipping page).

Oversized items (e.g. posters and lithographs) may include a built-in charge for separate shipping.

What is your Return Policy?

We are required to purchase items from our distributors on a non-returnable basis, and therefore, must pass this restriction on to you.

Items can only be returned for the following reasons:

1) You receive something you did not order.

2) An item arrives damaged or defective.

3) An item is not as described in Worlds of Westfield or online.

4) An item is listed as returnable in Product Update.

Please do not return any items without first contacting Customer Service for return Authorization.

How do I make changes to an order once it has been sent?
