Our friends at IDW have provided Westfield with an exclusive preview of the new comic from creators John Ostrander and Timothy Truman, GrimJack: The Manx Cat #1. This is also the first book in a collaboration between IDW and ComicMix.

Originally appearing in the 1980s from First Comics, John Gaunt, also know as GrimJack, is a gun-for-hire in the interdimensional city of Cynosure. This location allowed Ostrander and Truman to have GrimJack become involved in any sort of adventure they could could imagine. For fans of action and adventure, like myself, it just didn’t get much better than GrimJack.

Now John Gaunt returns on a quest for the Manx Cat. Even if you’ve never read GrimJack before, don’t let that stop you from trying this book. Ostrander and Truman are sure to get you up to speed quickly. Then hang on tight as the story promises plenty of thrills, excitement, and drama.
