Hello, Me Pretty GN

The first of many underground Quebecois graphic novels artists published by Conundrum Press, Hello, Me Pretty is the English translation of Te malade, toi! (Les 400 coups), which received an honorable mention 'for exceptional work' from the Quebec Library Association in 2004. It tells the story of the author's mentally disabled sister and their adventures growing up in a small community just outside Montreal while dealing with people's intolerance and lack of understanding. It is also a valuable glimpse into one family's personal trials and tribulations, woven into the tapestry of Quebec's rich culture and history.
