A Gentle Giant Sculpt! First seen in Tales of Suspense #40, the Iron Man Mark II Armor was created by Tony Stark partly as a PR move. Feeling that the gun-metal grey Mark I suit wasn't the most friendly looking, he colored his next suit gold (dubbed the Golden Avenger model) to make it less frightening to the public. Of course, he also upgraded the suit's armaments to include a force field generator, chest-mounted MkII Monobeam, a sledgehammer, hacksaws extending from the armor's fingertips, and an upgraded communication suite. For 1963, this was the bleeding edge. A throwback to the Silver Age, this piece is a must-have for a true Marvel historian.
A Bowen Designs Sculpt! First appearing in Iron Man #287, this specialized aquatic armor allows Tony Stark to venture into the deepest oceans where his normal armor would be crushed by the overwealming depths. Truly the Golden Avenger in this guise, this 14 sculpt includes a clear bubble helmet. Limited to 1,000 pieces.
