Bill Willingham & Matthew Sturges Art by Tony Akins & Andrew Pepoy Cover by Joao Ruas ""The Great Fables Crossover"" part 7 of 9! Jack Horner, meet Jack Frost. But wait a minute! Didn""t we already establish that Jack Horner was Jack Frost? Concerning the nature of his craft, Tom Clancy once opined that the ""difference between fiction and reality is that fiction has to make sense."" If this is so, how do we explain Jack being put in charge of the Farm and all of Fablekind? How do we explain Jack being allowed to babysit Bigby and Snow""s cubs? How does that make sense? We here at Fables headquarters can only come to one conclusion: as impossible as it may seem, Fables isn""t fiction, it""s real. Scheduled to arrive on June 10 32 pages. Full Color. MATURE READERS
Written by Bill Willingham Art by Jim Fern & Craig T. Hamilton Cover by Joao Ruas Meet Dunster Happ, the most important Fable you never knew. If our friends in exile at The Farm knew even a fragment of what humble Dunster knew, they'd be in a lot less trouble right now. Mr. Happ's just one of a cast of thousands in this issue where we explore Mister Dark's past and how he ended up in that magical box in that faraway fortress so that two hard-luck mercenaries could come along one day and set him free. Featuring the guest art team of Jim Fern (CROSSING MIDNIGHT) and Craig T. Hamilton. On sale July 15. 32 pages. Full Color. MATURE READERS.

We continue our in-depth look at the inner workings, politics and intrigue of the 13th floor sorcerers group, this time focusing on the witch named (CENSORED for reader safety), who thinks she's the best candidate to take over leadership from Frau Totenkinder. Unfortunately for her, the infamous Black Forest Witch doesn't seem ready to give up the reins of power. Written by BILL WILLINGHAM Art by MARK BUCKINGHAM & STEVE LEIALOHA Cover by JOAO RUAS ""Rose Red"" part 2 of 5! As trouble brews outside her bedroom window at the Farm, Rose reluctantly pulls herself out of the depression pit and into the heart of war. It's the former Adversary vs. the newfound Nightmare and the future looks very very dim for the misplaced denizens of Fabletown. [(w) Bill Willingham (a) Various (ca) Joao Ruas]
In ""Super Team"" part 4, Ozma's super team is ready to fight, but there's a complication: Mister Dark isn't the only one of the Great Powers on the warpath. The North Wind just blew into town with bad news for Bigby: His ghostly son must die. Talk about bad timing! Remember when Bigby promised his father that ""The next time I come after you, I've made arrangements to make sure I'm able to kill you""? That time is here! It's father vs. son. Will Bigby survive one battle so he can help with the other?
'super Team"" part five. Well, we tried to warn you. Bigby and the North Wind finally threw down and poor Bigby didn't stand a chance. We would have loved to come up with some clever, magical way our favorite Lord of Wolves beat his dad in a knockdown, dragout, mano-a-mano fight to the finish, but there was simply no way. Sorry. We tried, and we couldn't do it. Oh, also the barrier keeping Mister Dark out of Haven falls, leaving the kingdom entirely unprotected from his wrath.
Written by BILL WILLINGHAM Guest art by TERRY MOORE Cover by JOAO RUAS We all know the curse: She'll sleep until she's kissed by a handsome prince who loves her with true love. We have the sleeping girl. We have the handsome princes - lots of them. But where's the true love? Without that, we fear she may spend a long time napping among the thorns. Oh, and memo to all you handsome princes lining up: When you hack your way into the city to kiss the girl, make sure you don't try to kiss the Snow Queen instead. This one-shot tale features art by Eisner Award winner Terry Moore (Echo, Strangers in Paradise). Scheduled to arrive on JULY 27 32 pages. Full Color. MATURE READERS
