We at Westfield Comics have been selling comic books through the mail for a very long time. Our comic book mail order service started in 1979 which, as a frame of reference, was the same year that Sony debuted the technologically-astounding Walkman. (Just imagine: you could carry about 10 songs in your pocket - if you had an absolutely gigantic pocket, that is.) Anyway, we originally sold golden-age comic books but, over time, began to have so many requests for new comics that our founder, Sherill Anthony, made the move toward selling current issues by Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Dark Horse Comics and many other comic book publishers through the mail. We soon had our paper order form and our catalog (both of which continue to this very day) and became a virtual comic shop. In 1996, we began to have a presence on this newfangled thing called "the Internet" and now, over 30 years later, have become the comics industry's premier mail order comic book service. We value your comic books and other collectibles, we carefully pack your shipments of comic books and other collectibles, and we continue to provide an easy way to order, be it on the Web or our paper order form. We continue to offer Marvel Comics, DC Comics, and Dark Horse Comics but are proud to offer Dynamite Entertainment, Image Comics, and Boom! Studios, as well as most of the other small press publishers. We want you to have a mail order store you can trust to get your fix for Justice League, Batman, Avengers, X-Men, Spider-Man, and all your other comic book heroes and heroines. And we want you to have a good time getting it. Trust us - our mail order subscription service has been around so long for a good reason.
