A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! The last member of the DC Comics Bishoujo Collection (combining DC's superheroines and villains with traditional Japanese stylings) was the heroic Supergirl, and coming right after her is the floral femme fatale POISON IVY! Born Pamela Lillian Isley, the woman who would one day haunt Batman and Gotham City was an up and coming botanist and biochemist. A crazy professor betrayed her and injected her with a mixture of poisons, unleashing in Poison Ivy the abilities to control plant life and create her own floral toxins. Working with a variety of evil partners Isley would embark on a life of crime, although occasionally serving as love interest for Bruce Wayne! Poison Ivy appears here for the first time in the Japanese bishoujo (pretty girl) style inspired by Japan's renowned illustrator Shunya Yamashita! One of the most detailed statues in the DC Bishoujo lineup to date, Poison Ivy struts her stuff in all of her verdant glory. The sexy eco-terrorist stands proudly among her growing vegetation, high-heeled legs spread apart and hands on her hips. Her notoriously skimpy outfit is recreated in a tiny one piece that shows off all of her beautiful curves. There are a lot of really cool sculpted details like the leafy fringe on her clothing, the tendrils wrapped around her arms like jewelry, and the flowers blooming in Poison Ivy's hair. Naturally, green is her predominant color. Completing the villainous vixen's look is her long flowing hair that seemingly has a life of its own, and like all the pretty ladies in her series Poison Ivy has a hauntingly attractive Bishoujo-styled face. Constructed of high-quality pvc plastic, the green lady stands on an exclusive base featuring intricate vines and snake-like creepers, some of which wind seductively up her legs! Stay tuned, because coming soon will be Poison Ivy's partner in crime Harley Quinn... srp Available in March © DC
A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! The Ghostbusters, New York's very own paranormal investigators, are back in the headlines and this time around they have a new recruit, Lucy. This Ghostbuster-in-training is determined not to let any spook, specter or ghost get past her and she has the equipment to back her up. Outfitted in Egon Spengler's proprietary Proton Pack and Ecto Goggles, she is truly a slime-eradicating force to be reckoned with! Standing triumphantly over a ghost trap after bagging her latest catch, Lucy lets loose a smile of satisfaction over another job well done. She rests the wand of her proton pack on her left shoulder while her other hand sits calmly at her exposed hip. Her uniform has definitely seen better days as her pants are torn and tattered from this recent spectral encounter. The standard issue Proton Pack has thankfully remained unscathed exhibiting incredibly sculpted details such as the power cell, crank generator and Cyclotron. Ghostbuster Lucy is the latest entry to the Japanese Bishoujo (pretty girl) collection based on an original character design by master illustrator, Shunya Yamashita. Sculpted by Masahiro ""Gill Gill"" Takahashi, she stands nearly 9 ½ inches tall (in 1/7th scale) atop a specially designed base uniquely accented with a manhole cover donning the Ghostbuster logo. A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! The newest hit franchise to join Kotobukiya's lauded AniStatue lineup is Media Factory's Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai, known in the U.S. as I Don't Have Many Friends. A light novel series adapted into both manga and anime, Friends tells the story of various unpopular students at St. Chronica's Academy who band together to form their own social club. The first member of the Neighbor's Club brought to life is the arrogant, video game playing SENA KASHIWAZAKI! While she may not have many female friends, Sena is bound to get your attention as she lays back with her feet pulled up, calmly eating a cherry. Based on the motif from the cover of the limited edition #6, the blonde girl is barely clothed with her shirt completely open and her short skirt hiked up to her waist to reveal her white panties. The little details really make this an amazing statue, from Sena's beautiful blue eyes to ruffles of her clothing and the matching blue butterfly on her knee and the hair clip holding her long ponytail. But that's not all; the relaxing girl's necktie is removable so you can display her with or without it! While she makes for a stunning centerpiece on her own, she'll also look great alongside the upcoming Haruki Amami AniStatue!

A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! The popular Marvel Bishoujo collection (combining iconic superheroines and villains with traditional Japanese stylings) continues to bring you the amazing beauties of the Marvel Comics universe as you've never seen them before. Last time we saw the ninja warrior Elektra, and sneaking up behind her in the lineup is one of the most famous, and beautiful, mutants ever, MYSTIQUE! The mysterious blue-skinned mutant first appeared in the pages of Ms. Marvel in 1978, and ever since she's been making waves. With the ability to shapeshift and mimic anyone, Mystique is incredibly powerful and dangerous. She puts her own interests above anyone else's and at times has worked on the side of good as well as that of evil. Taking on her natural blue-skinned form, Mystique triumphantly appears in the Japanese Bishoujo (pretty girl) style based on an original character reinterpretation by renowned illustrator Shunya Yamashita. Perhaps more than any other Marvel character, Mystique walks the fine line between beauty and deadliness. The self-serving mutant kneels on both legs, seductively arching her back just for you. One hand gracefully adjusts her long hair while the other casually holds a submachine gun... just in case. Highly detailed sculpting brings Mystique's allure to life, from the subtle wrinkles on her revealing skin-tight suit to the skulls of her belt, the belt sash that pools on the ground in front of and behind her, and the delicate strands of hair that fall across her beautiful Bishoujo styled face. Naturally, Mystique appears in her striking blue skin tone and dark red hair that contrasts nicely with her bright white costume. srp Available in FEBRUARY Marvel, Marvel Universe, MYSTIQUE: TM & © 2011 Marvel Entertainment, LLC and its subsidiaries.
