How or why is Archie waiting an entire year’s length til the next release of Sonic Archives? Or is this just some typo? That’s what is printed in the back of the newest volume, #11. I don’t know, but that sure is a long, long wait for all those Sonic fans who are following through the old parts of the series. Volume 11 only ends at issue #44, so I’m not quite sure the reasoning at stopping for such a period. Hopefully it is just a typo and there will be a release earlier. Hopefully.

That’s ridiculous. They release the series at a molasses pace as it is. I mean I don’t expect a volume every month or anything, but I can’t see why they couldn’t release them bi-monthly, or heck, even every four months or so.
And where’s our third volume of Select, already? The archives are starting to reference events from 48 page specials and mini-series that are far, far from release.

It has to be a typo becasue barnes and nobles has it coming out oct. 15, 2009. Can’t wait.
