Gurren Lagann

I found out about this at the sadly not too crowded Aniplex panel at C2E2.  Watching the first of two viewing for the Gurren Lagann movies the Saturday night of the con, I didn’t know that Aniplex themselves were the ones behind the showings.  Both  Gurren Lagann movies will be their first releases.  Many other series were screened as possible titles also to be released.  There was a trailer for something to do with Fullmetal Alchemist, which I’m not sure if it was a movie or something else.  Most of, if not all releases, may be only subbed and have no English dub.  I know FUNimation does the dub for Fullmetal Alchemist, and they could possibly work something out with them.  Before this panel I hadn’t gone to many before, but this one really stood out.  I think the main reason for this may have been the amazing Gurren Lagann goodies they were giving away – everything from body pillows to wallets!  Defiantly making me remember the Aniplex panel over all others!
