Highlights This Week: Writer Garth Ennis brings his usual grim and gritty style to one of the original, and best, of the classic crime-fighting pulp heroes in Dynamite’s return of The Shadow #1; Jim Lee’s got one more issue of R & R, but ’til then, guest artist Carlos D’Anda (Arkham City) teams with regular writer Geoff Johns for Justice League #8 where Green Arrow tries to crash the team; Avengers VS X-Men #2 (of 12) continues as Iron Man takes on Magneto with crossovers this week featured in Avengers #25 and Wolverine and The X-Men #10;  Punisher #10 is Part 2 of The Omega Effect crossover with last week’s Avenging Spider-Man #6 and next week’s Daredevil #11; the Ice Age: Playing Favorites One-Shot is the second, all-new Kaboom! comic based on the hit FOX Animated movies and Reset #1 (of 4) is a brand new mini-series from creator Peter Bagge (Hate, Neat Stuff) about a washed up actor and comedian who signs up to be the main research subject for a virtual reality experiment!
